Shipping Methods
With jewelry made custom to order, I cannot guarantee the exact shipping date. Please allow for a 1-4 week window. All items will be shipped USPS First Class 2-day unless other arrangements are negotiated. If you need rush delivery or are ordering something as a gift and need it by a certain date please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. If the item you requested is in stock, it will be shipped out within 2 days of your order.
If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewelry item that is made to order: The order will ship when all items on the order are available to ship. However, we can ship partial upon request! You can leave a note in the “Order Notes” section of your checkout page.
Returns & Exchanges
If the piece does not meet expectations, you may return for a full refund, including original shipping- exception of custom rings smaller than size 5 and larger than size 8. Customer may return for repairs to be done free of charge as long as there are no missing parts. Customer is responsible for costs of return shipping. All returns may be sent to:
